Who we are

Diana and Olga: early childhood educators, mothers and steady caregivers

We are two state-recognised early childhood educators with many years of experience and a warm, realistic view of everyday family life.

Our own cultural diversity shapes our approach. We want children and families to feel safe, understood and welcome, regardless of background, language or life situation.

What shapes everyday life at Meisennest

Security

A calm, relationship-based atmosphere with familiar caregivers and a reliable daily rhythm.

Music & language

Piano, songs, picture books and language-rich everyday moments are part of our day.

Movement & creativity

Child-friendly yoga, free play, creative activities and movement materials support healthy development.

Diversity

Gentle settling-in

The start is a shared process. We follow the child’s pace and build trust step by step.
